Welcome to Nihsamah’s Shipping Policy. This page explains how and when your order reaches you.
Shipping Times
We dispatch orders quickly so they reach you sooner:
- Dispatch — within 24 hours. We pack your order and hand it to our courier partner within 24 hours of you placing it.
- Delivery within India — 3 to 4 days. Once dispatched, the courier delivers to your address in 3 to 4 days, depending on your pincode — so most orders arrive within about 4 to 5 days.
- International delivery — around 10 to 14 days. We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country.
The moment your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs, weather, or regional delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order and destination address, and are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link in that email or by logging into your Nihsamah account.
