Refund policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s exactly how returns, exchanges and refunds work — including how long each step takes, so you always know where your refund is.

Return window

You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to raise a return request.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused, with the original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to raise a return

Email us at nihsamah.ecom@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 92510 59487 with your order number and the reason for the return. Items sent back without first raising a request cannot be accepted.

What happens next — and how long it takes

Once you raise a return request, here is the step-by-step timeline:

  1. Request forwarded to courier — 24 to 48 hours. We pass your pickup request to our courier partner.
  2. Pickup from your address — 24 to 48 hours. The courier collects the parcel from you. Exact timing depends on your pincode.
  3. Return in transit to us — 3 to 4 days. Your item travels back to our Jaipur facility.
  4. Quality check — within 24 hours of arrival. We inspect the item to confirm it meets the return conditions above.
  5. Refund processed — within 7 days of approval. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method.

In total, most refunds are completed within about 13 to 16 days from the day you raise the request. Please note your bank or card provider may take a little additional time to post the amount to your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size or design? Raise an exchange request the same way — email or WhatsApp us with your order number. The pickup and transit steps are the same as above. Once we receive and check your original item, we’ll arrange your replacement.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at nihsamah.ecom@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right quickly.
