Q: How do I place an order?

Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email or by logging into your Nihsamah account.
Q: What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to raise a return request. Items must be unworn and unused, with original tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at nihsamah.ecom@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 92510 59487 with your order number and reason. Items sent back without first raising a request cannot be accepted.
Q: How long does my refund take?
Once you raise a return request: (1) we forward it to our courier within 24–48 hours, (2) the courier picks up from your address within 24–48 hours depending on your pincode, (3) your item travels back to us in 3–4 days, (4) we quality-check it within 24 hours of arrival, and (5) your refund is processed to your original payment method within 7 days of approval. Most refunds complete within about 13–16 days from the day you raise the request. Your bank or card provider may take a little extra time to post the amount.
Q: Can I exchange for a different size or design?
Yes. Raise an exchange request the same way (email or WhatsApp). The pickup and transit steps are the same as a return — once we receive and check your original item, we’ll arrange your replacement.
Q: What if my item is damaged, defective, or wrong?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at nihsamah.ecom@gmail.com so we can make it right quickly.
Q: How long does delivery take?
We dispatch your order within 24 hours of it being placed. Within India, the courier typically delivers in 3 to 4 days depending on your pincode — so most orders arrive within about 4 to 5 days. We also ship worldwide; international delivery usually takes around 10 to 14 days and may be subject to customs duties or additional fees charged by the destination country.
